  • 1 can 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix e.g., Bisquick
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
