Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes (uncooked)1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon black pepper2 cups cooked white rice1 cup chicken broth1/4 cup butter, cut into small pats

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked chicken cubes, all three soups, salt, garlic powder, pepper, cooked rice, and chicken broth. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Dot the top with pats of butter for added richness.
  5. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, until bubbling and the chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Add shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy topping.
You can substitute cream of celery soup with cream of broccoli, asparagus, or cheddar cheese soup.
Feel free to add chopped vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms for extra nutrition and flavor.
For added seasoning, try onion powder or a dash of Italian herbs.
