Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and dust lightly with flour.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch rope.
  3. Snip a 1-inch cut at each end of the ropes and pull the tips apart to form the bone shape.
  4. Brush the shaped dough with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until melted.
