- Preheat your oven to 375°F and hollow out the bread bowls.
- Brush the insides of the bread bowls with melted garlic butter and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Brown the ground beef (or sausage) with onions in a skillet, and add garlic towards the end.
- Add marinara sauce and beef broth to the skillet, letting it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti as per package instructions, then add to the sauce with mozzarella and parmesan. Mix well.
- Fill the toasted bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture and top with extra cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, use sautéed vegetables instead of meat and vegetable broth in the sauce.
