Cookie Preparation
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream the butter until light and fluffy, then gradually mix in the sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Slowly add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles gently.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Roll out the dough and cut out cookie shapes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies and dip in melted chocolate.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
