Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the fudge brownie mix, large eggs, water, and vegetable oil as per the package instructions. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  2. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick foil and optionally spray with cooking oil.
  3. Pour brownie batter into the pan, spreading evenly. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove brownies from oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Cut out circles from the cooled brownies using a round cookie cutter.
  6. Insert mini candy canes into the center of each brownie cut-out and decorate with frosting, icing, M&Ms, and sprinkles.

Notes

Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting to maintain shape. Store decorated brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
