- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and sunflower oil. 
- Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. 
- Punch down the dough, shape it into loaves or rolls, and place on a lined baking tray. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. 
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. 
- Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or toasted!
