Dough Preparation

  2. Stir in sugar, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix in flour and salt until the dough becomes soft and slightly sticky.
  4. Add blue gel food coloring and knead until evenly distributed. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.

  1. Combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Mix until creamy, then fold in crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
  2. Roll the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, and roll into a log.
  3. Slice the log into 12 pieces and arrange in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Beat together softened cream cheese and butter, gradually mixing in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to desired icing consistency.
  6. Drizzle icing over cooled rolls and sprinkle with crushed cookies before serving.

Notes
