- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
If desired, fold in the chocolate chips for added richness.
