- Prepare a non-stick skillet by heating it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread butter or mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble by placing one slice butter-side down, topping with provolone, turkey, cranberry sauce, and another provolone. Cap with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
