Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower cut into florets
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 milliliters cream sauce
  • Paprika to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch spring onions chopped
  • 100 grams cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the sautéed onion and garlic.
  4. Add the cooked cauliflower and chopped spring onions to the mixture, mixing well to coat.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a main course or a delicious side dish!
