Add the cooked cauliflower and chopped spring onions to the mixture, mixing well to coat.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
