Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup croutons optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. If desired, sprinkle croutons on top for added crunch.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the Caesar dressing.
  • Add sliced avocado or diced bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
