- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and grated Parmesan cheese. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. 
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. 
- If desired, sprinkle croutons on top for added crunch. 
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
