This creamy garlic pork spaghetti is a perfect family meal that comes together in minutes. Ingredients
  

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 200 g pork breast sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 40 g butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese grated, preferably cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley and dill for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the Spaghetti
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
  5. Cook the Pork
  6. Heat olive oil and half of the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Add the sliced pork and cook until golden brown.
  8. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  9. Prepare the Sauce
  10. Reduce the heat and sprinkle flour over the pork, stirring well.
  11. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
  12. Add grated cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  13. Combine Everything
  14. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  15. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
  16. Serve and Garnish
  17. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and dill before serving.
  18. Enjoy warm for the best creamy, cheesy flavor!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or cayenne pepper.
  • Use chicken or turkey instead of pork for a lighter version.
