- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, arrange whole red bell peppers and unpeeled garlic cloves in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes until blistered.
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Peel the skins off the peppers and squeeze the garlic out of its skin.
- In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, garlic, softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until smooth.
