Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small oval baking dish.
  2. Mix 8 ounces of cream cheese, ½ cup of shredded mozzarella, ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt, half of the basil pesto, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Spoon the remaining basil pesto over the top and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
