Step-by-Step Instructions for Reindeer Cheese Ball
  1. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of sour cream on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle in 1 cup of shredded medium cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix. Blend for another 2 minutes until fully incorporated.
  3. Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap, spoon the cheese mixture onto the center, gather the edges to form a ball shape, twist, and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in 1 cup of chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Use pretzels for antlers and press two pitted black olives into the cheese ball for eyes, then place the cherry tomato for the nose.
