  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Dark chocolate chips for richer profile.
Ganache
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Coconut cream for dairy-free.
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Use dark chocolate for bolder taste.

Method
 

Brownie Preparation
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a medium saucepan over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add granulated sugar, mix well, and then crack in the eggs one by one, stirring between each addition.
  3. Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually add in the flour and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Ganache Preparation
  1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Let sit for 1 minute before stirring until smooth.
Final Assembly
  1. Pour the ganache over cooled brownies and let set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Slice into squares and enjoy!
