Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken Wings by combining chicken wings with peanut oil, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (176°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Coat the Wings by draining the wings and patting them dry. Mix cornstarch and flour, then toss wings until thoroughly coated.
  4. Arrange the Wings in the Basket in a single layer, spritz with oil spray.
  5. Air Fry the Wings for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking for even browning.
