Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the frozen fish fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
Arrange the fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
Cook the fish fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Carefully remove the fish fillets from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
