Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound frozen fish fillets such as cod, tilapia, or haddock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the frozen fish fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
  • Cook the fish fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Carefully remove the fish fillets from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can coat the fish fillets in breadcrumbs or panko before air frying.
  • Experiment with different seasonings, such as Cajun spice or lemon pepper, to customize the flavor to your liking.
