Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the pasta for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chips from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while they are still hot.
Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
