- Wash the radishes thoroughly under cold running water and dry them with a kitchen towel.
- Slice the radishes into quarter-inch thick slices using a sharp knife or mandolin slicer.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the slices and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the seasoned radish slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Set the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the chips and let them cool for a minute before serving.
