  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika Use regular paprika for less smokiness
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder Adjust to taste or omit
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be used

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with non-stick cooking oil.
  3. Pat your chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. Coat the chicken drumsticks with olive oil in a bowl or bag.
  5. Mix together sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and onion powder.
  6. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Arrange the chicken legs on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices.
