- In a large bowl, combine the shredded salsa chicken and refried beans until well mixed. Adjust seasoning with optional spices to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the filling onto the center. Fold the sides over and roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes, and coat chimichangas with cooking spray or a light brush of oil.
- Arrange the wrapped chimichangas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 360°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the chimichangas and let them cool for a few minutes before serving with salsa or guacamole.
