Prepare the Flax Egg
In a small bowl, mix the flax seeds with water. Let sit for 10 minutes until thickened.
Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, flour, baking powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
Add the flax egg and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Cook the Fritters
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Scoop small portions of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy
Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as vegan yogurt, tahini dressing, or a garlic aioli.
