Method
 

Prepare the Dough

Shape and Fry Chalupas
  1. Roll the dough into circles 1/4 inch thick. Heat oil over medium heat until bubbly. Fry each dough circle for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Assemble Chalupas
