Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of almond flour, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Whisk well.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of water. Pour this into the dry ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Cut the rolled-out dough into squares or desired shapes and transfer to the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, ensuring they turn golden crisp.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before breaking apart.
