Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings get crispy.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together the hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a small bowl.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
Return the sauced wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks.
