- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and membranes if desired.
- Cut deer tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and season with spices.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl until frothy.
- Dip each deer tenderloin piece in the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Stuff jalapeño halves with the breaded tenderloin pieces and place on a baking sheet.
