Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
Layer the Crockpot
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
- Add the green beans as the next layer.
Prepare and Add Stuffing
- In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix with ¾ cup of water until moistened. Spread the stuffing mixture over the green beans.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Check Doneness
- Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serve
- Scoop out portions of chicken, stuffing, and green beans onto plates. Serve warm and enjoy!
