  • 1 pack White Chocolate Almond Bark Can substitute with vanilla candy coating if needed.
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Use dark chocolate chips for a richer taste.
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts Choose unsalted peanuts for a less salty flavor.
For Added Flavor
  • 1 bar Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Bark Any brand of milk chocolate or more chips can be used.
For Decoration
  • 1 cup Sprinkles Can use colored sprinkles for additional holiday cheer.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Crockpot by spraying with non-stick spray or using a liner.
  2. Line two baking sheets with silicone mats or wax paper.
  3. Combine the base ingredients by placing the white chocolate almond bark at the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add the salted dry roasted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and the chocolate bar over the melted white chocolate.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour without lifting the lid.
  6. Remove lid, stir the mixture, then continue cooking on low, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheets.
  8. Add sprinkles on top of each cluster before the chocolate sets.

Notes

Allow the chocolate to melt thoroughly during the initial hour and cool properly to maintain cluster shape.
