- 2 cups diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled (optional)

- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cantaloupe, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.
