- Start by lining a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Combine crumbled Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes with cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place formed cake balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes for easier coating.
- Melt the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white candy coating and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with red and green sanding sugar while the coating is still wet.
- Chill the coated cake balls in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm.
