- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until onion is translucent (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning, allowing to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
