- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, and French onion dip. Mix well, then add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and half of the French fried onions, mixing until coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly to ensure consistent cooking.
- Bake the casserole in the oven for 25 minutes until the edges bubble and the top begins to set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and French fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
