Fudge Base
  • 12 oz Green Candy Melts Substitute with almond bark if needed.
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk No effective substitutions for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Creme de Menthe Liquor or Syrup Can swap for mint extract for a non-alcoholic version.
Decoration
  • 1 cup Rainbow Nonpareils Any edible sprinkles can be used as substitutes.
  • 1/4 cup Gold Star Sprinkles Optional decorative stars.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power for 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
  2. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and Creme de Menthe until well combined.
  3. Cover and let the fudge cool for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Pipe the fudge mixture into cone shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Decorate with rainbow nonpareils and gold star sprinkles, and allow to set for 30 minutes.
