Cooking Steps
- Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power for 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in sweetened condensed milk and Creme de Menthe until well combined.
- Cover and let the fudge cool for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until thickened.
- Pipe the fudge mixture into cone shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Decorate with rainbow nonpareils and gold star sprinkles, and allow to set for 30 minutes.
