Preparation Steps
- Chop strawberries into small pieces and blend with yogurt and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Melt white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove frozen bars from molds, dip halfway in melted chocolate, and place on a baking sheet.
- Optionally decorate with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles while the chocolate is warm.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture. Freeze bars in airtight bags for longer shelf life.
