  • 2 cups Strawberries Fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt Thick, full-fat coconut milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Natural sweetener
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional for flavor depth
  • 2 tablespoons Tapioca Starch Optional for thicker texture
  • 1 cup White Chocolate For dipping
  • 1 tablespoon Beet Powder Optional for coloring

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chop strawberries into small pieces and blend with yogurt and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  4. Remove frozen bars from molds, dip halfway in melted chocolate, and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Optionally decorate with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles while the chocolate is warm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture. Freeze bars in airtight bags for longer shelf life.
