Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and placing all ingredients within reach.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Sift in 2-3 tablespoons of matcha powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Dip the strawberries into the matcha chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle remaining chocolate over the strawberries for decoration.
  6. Allow the dipped strawberries to harden at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
