- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your workspace with a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine your desired filling ingredients with curry powder.
- Take a wonton wrapper, place a spoonful of filling in the center, dampen the edges with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Place the sealed dumplings on the baking sheet, ensuring they don't touch, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- For the sauce, in a saucepan, combine coconut milk and additional curry powder over medium heat, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Once the dumplings are crispy, remove from the oven, drizzle with the creamy curry sauce, and serve warm.
Notes
Use just a teaspoon of filling for each dumpling to prevent breaks. For frozen wonton wrappers, thaw them in the fridge overnight.
