- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat until golden brown.
- Combine cooled brown butter with 1 cup of light brown sugar, then mix in 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and grated zest of one orange.
- In another bowl, sift together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Fold this mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in 1 cup of dried cranberries and 1 cup of chopped white chocolate. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes.
- For the frosting, beat together 8 ounces of cream cheese and 2 cups of confectioners' sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, zest of an orange, and 2 tablespoons of orange juice.
- Once cooled, frost the bars and sprinkle with additional dried cranberries.
- Melt 0.5 cup of white chocolate and drizzle over the frosted bars.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
