Pancake Preparation
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat (350°F) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips until well-coated in the dry mixture.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in buttermilk and melted butter until smooth.
