  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple drained
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping vegetarian-friendly option if needed
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows larger marshmallows can be chopped
Optional Enhancements
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut omit if you prefer a simpler taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts such as walnuts or pecans

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cherry pie filling. Use a spatula to gently break up any large cherries.
  2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl and stir well for about 1-2 minutes until fully blended.
  3. Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple into the cherry mixture.
  4. Carefully fold in the whipped topping using a gentle motion to maintain airy volume.
  5. Add the mini marshmallows to the mixture and gently combine them.
  6. Transfer your mixture into a serving dish, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours, or overnight.
  7. Once chilled, serve in individual dessert cups or from the communal dish, garnishing with fresh cherries or shredded coconut.

Notes

Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Best served cold.
