Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth (1-2 minutes).
  2. In another bowl, melt the green candy melts similarly until creamy (1-2 minutes).
  3. Dip the bottom of each Oreo into the white candy melts, tapping off excess before placing upright on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Fill a piping bag with the green candy melts and pipe onto Oreos in a zigzag pattern.
  5. Sprinkle star-shaped decorations at the top while the green candy is soft, then add nonpareils around edges.
  6. Allow cookies to set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate for 5-10 minutes for quicker setting.
  7. Once set, gently remove from baking sheet and serve or store in an airtight container.
