- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring continually.
- Add the large marshmallows to the melted butter and stir constantly for 3–4 minutes until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the yellow food coloring, then add the red food coloring slowly until desired orange hue is achieved.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until fully coated, mixing for about 2 minutes.
- Coat your hands with cooking oil and roll the mixture into pumpkin-sized balls (2–3 inches in diameter).
- While still warm, press a Mini Rolo into the top of each pumpkin and place a green M&M next to it.
- Allow the pumpkins to cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
