  • ¼ cup fresh dill adjust to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh chives
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar apple cider or white wine vinegar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumbers and radishes under cool running water. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds and radishes into similar thin slices. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together whole grain mustard and honey until combined. Add vinegar and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add radishes and cucumbers to a large bowl. Toss in fresh dill and chives.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and gently toss to coat.
