- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a muffin tin for 12 cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Grind the flaxseed meal until it resembles a fine flour, which takes about 1-2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseed meal and baking powder, adding salt if desired.
- Pour water into the dry ingredients while stirring until a thick dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
- Place each dough ball into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 28-33 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the rolls to cool in the tin for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
