Method
Preheat Your Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Beef Filling:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned.
- Drain any excess fat and remove the skillet from heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese cubes until evenly combined.
Flatten the Biscuit Dough:
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round disc, approximately 4–5 inches in diameter.
Fill and Seal the Bites:
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges up and pinch them tightly to seal, forming a “bomb” shape.
- Place the sealed bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Add the Finishing Touches:
- Brush the tops of the bites with melted butter.
Bake Until Golden:
- Bake the bites for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the baked bites for a fresh, vibrant finish.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- Ensure the edges of the bites are tightly sealed to prevent the filling from leaking out.
- Experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
- These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for a crisp texture.
