Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated apple, raisins, and egg white (or applesauce substitute). Stir everything together until well mixed.
Add the pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds to the mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the seeds.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and place them on the baking sheet, forming bite-sized clusters.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the clusters are golden and firm to the touch.
Allow the snacks to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing.
