Add the sour cream, eggs, and flour, stirring until everything is well combined.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix again until you get a thick, uniform consistency.
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Scoop small portions of the chicken mixture into the pan, forming patties. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
