Dough Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix warm water with yeast, cinnamon, and olive oil. Add salt and gradually incorporate flour until a rough dough forms. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 1.5 hours until smooth and elastic.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and shape the dough to fill the tray. Cover and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) about 30 minutes before the dough has finished rising.
- Create dimples on the risen dough, sprinkle with rosemary and parsley, add pomegranate seeds, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
