Ingredients
  

  • 3 carrots boiled and diced
  • 7 eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 200 g canned ham diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 200 g canned peas drained
  • 180 g canned corn drained
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Method
 

  1. Boil the carrots until tender, then dice them into small pieces.
  2. Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, peel, and chop them finely.
  3. Dice the canned ham and red pepper into small, even-sized cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, eggs, ham, red pepper, canned peas, and corn.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, natural yogurt, black pepper, and salt to make the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently mix until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
